I have 35 plus years experience in the home building, renovation and the inspection industries , having built and renovated hundreds of homes in the Chatham/Kent , Essex county areas.  

I am a graduate of the Professional Home Inspectors Institute. PHII

I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).

I successfully passed NACHI's on-line inspector examination.

I successfully completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it.

I successfully passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and abide by those standards.

I Complete at least 24 hours of continuing education every year as per NACHI standards.

I am a member in good standing of the ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS ASSOCIATION (ESA). Specializing in mould inspections. With the designation of CMI (certified mould inspector) and CMA (certified mould assessor)
